End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and EMI Flexi Loan Calculator ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of the EMI Flexi Loan Calculator application ("App").

• Connect Users with lenders or financial institutions

13. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We may terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or applicable law.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Any changes will be effective when the updated Agreement is made available.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the App owner is established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Apple App Store

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and the App owner, and not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, except as required by applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

18. Acceptance

By installing or using EMI Flexi Loan Calculator, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
